Be aware orders are stored on Rithmic or Tradovate. If you had an OCO order, this is good, as it will reach one of them and close it. But it is bad, as it may fill the other one, as it does not see it as an OCO. So, please have a VPS already setup beforehand, especially if you have lost internet or electric or have a pc issue.

Rithmic data isn't better at order execution or speed really than the default cqg setup. What rithmic is better at is MBO order data vs MBP. From the little we can see, it looks like you are having an issue connecting to Rithmic. It could be an issue on the Rithmic side if you have two different connections trying to be made. You would have to check this with Apex to make sure. We would really need to see the entire log to know for sure that this is a Rithmic thing.

Expect to pay around a 100$ a month give or take with data fees and the orderflow package. This is about the standard across the industry. Sierra charts is unique in that they have everything from the top down in house, and their dev team is impeccable.
