The Xumo box doesn't let me pause live TV or rewind back a half-hour to see what I missed. That option doesn't exist. And sure, Xumo has cloud DVR - but the interface sucks. I'd consider OTA ,but I'm in geographically prohibitive area. The perfect solution would be a Tivo 4K streaming stick with Cloud DVR, with the Tivo interface I know and love.
