its a pretty straight forward gasket replacement. Drain the coolant. Remove the fuel Rails. remove the Supercharger ( leave the TB on) remove the Lower intake. wipe up any coolant in the block. flush some oil down the valley of the motor. and then reinstall.

Sounds like it could be leaky lower intake gaskets. This has been an on-going problem (very common on the 3.1 & 3.4's). When the lower intake gaskets get old, the seals around coolant ports begins to seep a bit. And when the engine cools, the oil near these ports gets sucked into the coolant as it cools.

1) disconnect the ECT. 2) connect resistances 1400, 93, and 55 ohms in turn and observe guage. 3) guage should read min, mid, and max temperature. This tested out just fine. 1400 ohms is for 40°C, and the min in the guage is 40°C. 93 ohms is for 120°C, and the exact mid positon is 120°C. Likewise for the max.Dunno if that's normal, but I don't think it is. I'm, going to take a straight edge to the LIM and the cylinder heads tomorrow, and by wednesday, hopefully, I'll be finished up.
