Ummmm no offense but I think you don't understand the meaning of the word "rant." Here is the definition: "to speak or declaim extravagantly or violently; talk in a wild or vehement way; rave:". Ranting by definition, is a negative word. So of course this sub will be negative because it contains Kpop rants.
