I've since cleaned and synced the carbs, changed to a K/N air filter and replaced the drag pipes with stock exhaust.

I don’t ride with the choke on, just turn it on fully when starting up for about 30 seconds, then push it back to off. The bike runs good but the fuel economy is really low, like I have to switch to reserve after 80 miles. The dealer has service records showing the carbs were rebuilt. I’m at a loss as to why I’m getting low MPG.
