As a general rule of thumb, (I have a 2015 as well,) your transmission temperature should be 100 degrees plus the outside air temperature. On a 200 mile trip a few weeks ago, with an OAT of 107, towing a 16' cargo trailer at about 3000#, in tow/haul mode my transmission temperature got as high as 209 when going uphill, but settled back down to about 203 on flat road.

For severe service suggests a service ever 45,000 miles, and even so, it’s just a “ change fluid and filter” which is basically a pan drop.
