I love walking around and exploring different places. Mostly just stopping and trying new food spots/beach bars. Really nice happy hour at Sublime SXM at Summit resort last evening. As always the views from here are wonderful. The lovely bartender Amber kept us laughing and our glasses full. We tried a couple of appetizers now that the kitchen is open and they were very yummy. Looking forward to dinner there soon.

Stay in SXM whenever. It's really not that big of a deal. Anguilla is overwhelmingly the better of the two locations but it's fun to explore new places and try new things. We stayed in SXM for the last days of our vacation and I don't regret it. It made the travel home MUCH easier and MUCH shorter, especially being with a 4 year old. Car rental recommendations.
