Yorktown Town Supervisor Tom Diana has died. A town spokesman says Diana had an apparent heart attack at his residence this morning and was pronounced dead at New York Presbyterian-Hudson Valley Hospital in Cortlandt Manor. His death comes four days after he was sworn in to his first full term.
