Same issue here. Been chatting with support for 2 days without resolution. Can't receive calls, but everything else works. Ported in a number from Verizon as a new Visible customer for my new iPhone 14. Very frustrating as a new customer unable to receive calls, not to mention 3 more lines I was planning on porting over but am now questioning.
