Hey I can actually help here. What you need to do is loosen the screws that are on top of the auger motor. They tightened them too much, so much so that the shaft binds up. The video below will show you how to take it off and you'll see the 4 screws that hold the shaft on. Just loosen those a fraction and it should work.
