Today I realize Long Island Expressway west doesn't have Exit 54, it is Exit 55 to Motor parkway then Exit 53 to Wicks rd. Driving on LIE everyday but not realize this until today. Does anyone know why? Just curious. Thank you and happy holiday :) There's also no exit 47 as it was supposed be for a northern extension of the Bethpage Parkway ...
