Looking for some help, for the life of me, I cant figure out how to remove this shower/bath single handle trim kit. Not totally sure, but believe its Kohler from 2005-2009. I have looked everywhere on this thing, and the only visible set screw was on the diverted valve handle. Its probably just heavily corroded. You may need to pry it off being careful not to crack your tiles. You might need to put a 2 x 4 or similar against the tile and then gingerly using a pry bar try to remove it. But it still must be attached somehow. And by looking at the pic I can only assume a set screw.
