If horde go fly to stranglethorn, then take the path to duskwood, then dead wind pass which leads you to to the swamp and then to the blasted lands. If alliance fly straight to duskwood, and follow the rest. Could ask a mage to port you to shattrath (spelling).
Once in the Blasted Lands, take the first left heading east through the Nethergarde Supply Camps, besieged with Horde troops from Dreadmaul Hold, to reach Nethergarde Keep.
