The new part # is 94050-06080 (Cdn # 0612689). There is also a TSB #01-096 that deals with loose rear wiper arm. It says to remove old nut, clean splines on the shaft and install above-mentioned new nut. If this still doesn't work, could be the wiper motor, the wiper arm or fuse/relay or connections.
