Spikes in cpu usage while playing ffxiv causes insane lag spikes. When playing ff14 and only ff14 sometimes my CPU usage jumps to 100% and the state repository service seems to be causing this. It only happens with ff14, no other games. I can't find anyone who has had a similar issue online. My cpu is a Ryzen 7 3700X and my gpu is an rtx 2070.

For some reason, everything else lags out if I run FFXIV. I always play videos on my 2nd monitor while I play, but for some reason everything lags when I'm on the FFXIV client. When I tab out, everything is smooth again, hell I can even see FFXIV still smooth when I alt-tab out to another window on my 2nd monitor.
