I thought that because occult scaling doesn't add a damage type, I'd be able to buff the weapon. I guess with arcane builds, it's best to switch to incantations when fighting opponents that are immune or very resistant to bleed. So why should I ever infuse my weapon with said affinties when cold ends up having the higher AR. Especially most dex weapons like the frost build up, as they attack fast enough to procc it a few times.
