The CLMRN system has dead spots in basements and subfloors, as I am learning testing the system across 70 locations within Montville. There is no way to be sure of where beyond a local site where you may hear something. You can hear stuff on a site for a high percentage of the time but if there is no one affiliated to that TG at the site you are monitoring, if is likely it will not be heard.
