If the lip of the throttle body has oil on it (which I'm sure it does), it could be due to, manifold (pcv) crack/leak, turbo, cracked piston or rings probably in that order.Here are 2 pictures of the oil at the same spot. The picture with less quality shows the oil leaking which turned out to be from the oil pan gasket at 100k miles. The higher quality picture shows the new oil leaking from the same spot at 237k miles.
