The 2011-2012 with navigation will require some internal trimming to get a standard double DIN unit to fit. I have a Kenwood DMX-7706 that I was able to shoehorn into the dash using a standard F-150 metra kit with some modification to the kit brackets and trimming some of the plastic inside the radio opening.
