If you wanted smaller the P365X is a better option without going to a much shorter grip in the P365. And, a PMM comp can be placed on the front giving the same length as the Xmacro.
The Macro uses a standard 1913 rail, not the proprietary 365XL one. The TLR7A comes with different keys and I'm pretty sure one of the UNIV ones works. Most people don't realize you can change the key inserts to fit indifferent firearms. Those small back keys are often slid inside the manual.
