Aug 5, 2013 · Step 1- Refer to Changing Bearings to get access the crankshaft. Step 2- Remove the piston and keep all the parts in a safe place. Step 3- Removing the crankshaft from the bearings could be a little tricky if it is seated in there tightly. You can use a little heat and a rubber mallet to remove it from the case halfs.

On my last ride my rear brake would work for a second or two then fall to the floor with foot pressure (89 250r). This would happen every time I tried using the rear brake.
