Usually it seems to happen if I go up and down through the channels. It seems to be when I try to go past 19-1. Then it will not go to the next channel which is 15-1.
Jan 4, 2018 · Perhaps the signal is too strong and overloading the tuner. Something on your cable feed may have changed and the tech will check your signal levels. Jul 24, 2015 · I wouldn't even start with Comcast standard support. Call the cablecard group. I don't have Comcast but I do have TWC. I recently had an outage and called TWC cablecard group direct. They say it all good and give it hald hour to finish loading everything. When it finally finishes I go to watch and nothing but V58 errors programming not authorized. So it is absolutely and confirmed to be a TIVO software problem on some of the Bolts and other boxes --but Tivo is not taking responsibility for it. Annoying.
