Subaru outback passenger window not working.

The passenger side window on my 2002 Subaru Outback will not rise from the down (open) position. Neither master switch on the driver's side nor the switch on the passenger side will get it to "roll" up. All the other windows work fine. One time you do get it down, spray some silicon spray onto a rag and give the rubbers a wipe and the top of the window, see if that makes a difference.

But if the car is overheating both fans should be running at high speed, in which case, if the sub fan relay has failed, the main fan will still function.

One time you do get it down, spray some silicon spray onto a rag and give the rubbers a wipe and the top of the window, see if that makes a difference.

If there was rain the day before and a lot of (road) spray etc, although it's unusual, it's possible that ice formed on the linkage and that can prevent the motor from running.
