If the latter, you can't change the rear sights as they're integral to the removable sight plate. You can only change the front sight on the XL. Not sure if I've heard of a #10 for sig - just don't ...P220cop. The front sight on your P365 will have a small number stamped into it, most likely a "6". The rear is a "8". The correct front sight for 9mm on the p320 (and p365) is #8 front/#8 rear, and not #6 front. Just like Glock sometimes ships with a "second choice" size of sight because the "optimal" size is depleted at the factory, Sig ships pistols with either 6 OR 8 because they need to get the pistols out to dealers.
