You can get the same effect with swaddling cloth, and takers cameo on repeating thrust, plus use a different element if ya want, all about creativity really, stacking frost onto the nagakiba with a multi hit and those talismans gives what I like to call, tap healing, plus the buildups are nice and you can reset the frost with a flame ash on a side weapon

Use seppuku if you really want bleed buildup. -put a lot of that dex into arcane, and switch to the Rivers of Blood. RoB and Nagakiba are both great. Nagakiba has crazy length though. At 50 arcane nagakiba with the seppuku buff gets over 107 bleed buildup, and Rivers of Blood gets only 73. Not sure how the nagakiba's skill factors in though.Arcane seems to be in a really good place right now. Infusing with bleed to up it's bleed buildup or occult to scale with arcane can get pretty strong. There will be some bosses that don't bleed though so you'll want a backup option in those instances. I personally really like spin slash on a cold nagakiba regardless of build. If you're using the Blood scaling type, you can't grease it. You'll have to use Standard scaling. I think if a weapon causes a passive effect you can't put a grease of the same effect on it.
