Rattler rail won't work on a Virtus. Rattler upper receivers have a slightly shorter upper rail length, so the Rattler rails account for that. Rattler barrel will work in a Virtus upper. But you'll need the complete Rattler barrel & gas block assembly, and a Rattler bolt group & op rod, since the Rattler has a shorter op rod than a Virtus.

I believe the Wilson Combat TTU 3G and H2 triggers work. ALG ACT triggers work. Milspec triggers with tall hammers (no notch in the face) work. Probably HK MR556 triggers with a bridge.
