It's just a solid and non gimmicky build. Over the years we have gotten so many ridiculous abilities with kingpin/stoic/leech etc. that this feels very tame compared to those things. Nonetheless, this is still a very solid and tanky build. Good damage, 2 shot armor, 2 shot health. Primary: Silenced KSP (modded for most accuracy and stability) Secondary: You've got alot of options, but considering Anarchist's main weakness is a sniper, I would take a 100 damage SMG also silenced and modded for 100 accuracy/stability. It also works in tandem with HVT and U.S. for fast Dozer melting.Hacker or any dodge build is fine as long you don't absolutely rely on dodge and let jesus take the wheel.
