If you rly knew everything on the 300 pg doc, youd probably get a few more questions right than if you only knew the 100 pg doc, but in terms of efficiency/most bang for your buck, the 100 pg doc will get you 95% of the same info in 1/3 or 1/2 the time

The khan academy doc is a precious resource; imo if you study the 300 page document you'll know everything you need to except for a handful of weird questions that seem to pop up on test day. Even for those ones you can usually reason your way through based on context and general P/S knowledge. I just studied the KA document and did UW***d.

The kaplan book is a good supplemental tool to guide you at times you feel like the 300 pg doc is vague or you need some context for some terms. I think once you get one read through the 300 pg doc, the bulk of what is retained is through practice, just like any other content book. The 300 page doc is literally everything that could be tested on the mcat for psych/soc. It is just more time efficient to go through that doc because you wont be wasting your time.
