The billing department (which I now understand is outsourced) wouldn't return my calls, then told me it "wasn't their problem" and even yelled at me. I explained this situation to the collection agency and they agreed to have it deleted from my credit report. So why IBJI wouldn't do this for me is beyond my comprehension.
