Nov 23, 2003 · Parked my plow with blade down. We NH t to move it to its Summer location and couldn't move the plow. 1. I changed the power cable from the + side to solinoid, replaced solinoid, cleaned any ground I could locate. 2.the red power light on the controller comes on, nothing happens. Now the strange part- with controller switch to the light remains on. Fisher EZ V pump motor keeps sticking on. new to v plows, have a fisher ez v with the fishstik controller. Has been working good but will randomly reset to the full v position in the middle of using it. Pump motor won't shut off stays running. I can still use the controller up down etc but as soon as i let go it goes back to the v position and ...Check both of them. check connections at the plow motor and ground and the truck battery. Or, you can trigger the motor solenoid under the hood with a jumper cable to the trigger post and the plow will raise. When main power plug is connected the flashing red light on the remote goes from slow blinking to faster. 3 plug, 3 port, EZ-V or MVP, 10 pin controller. The tutorials make mention of the need for back probes in testing everything properly. PIA. ok, so Checked all of the cables for power, it seems that the 11 pin wire is getting power and ground in 2 of the holes that don't match up to the 3 pin. The 3 pins are in the middle, and the 2 holes are closer to the end on the 11 plug.
