It's an infusable weapon so only it's base scaling is mixed, which basically doesn't matter at all. All infusable weapons will perform better on Heavy or Keen than on standard unless you're doing a low level run. So if you're just 2handing various twinblades, you'd be better off with a Str or Dex build then just using a Heavy or Keen infusion.
