Memento benefits from hybrid build. Especially if you have 2~3 blue or yellow core instead of full red. Personally, I'd go for a 3 red 2 blue build with technician. That way you still have a decent damage output and survivability and 2 skill tiers with the backpack. Memento is very good.
If you have a DPS build you're better off giving Memento a miss. Memento sounds great on paper, with 30% potential short term and long term buffs, but because of the way of maff, it works out to 24% damage boost total, and that's if you've maxed out the long term buff (30 trophies collected). Just the short term buff alone is about 14%.Anderson manhunt is by far the most efficient exotic farm right now. Summit specifically has pathetic drop rates even on Legendary with 5 directives (what I play). Anderson is a guaranteed exotic every 10-15 minutes. Even better if you play with friends and you share loot.
