21k was my highest but that was with lvl 20 Auth perk. Have a look at firesparks and Waks thrall videos. The highest for health is the relic hunters if i recall, then snowhunter, cimmerian berserker, and Lian is down about 5th or 6th somewhere. Keep rerolling them until you get a nice HP, and use well trained perk.
