Already changed the oil, oil filter, oil sensor, and the entire VTEC solenoid (with the correct part straight from Honda), but the car keeps bucking at 3000 rpm. Based on your description, it sounds like your Element is in "limp" mode. My best guess is it will show either a P2646 or P2647 code; which means a problem with the VTEC system.
