I want to change cams and get a little more out of the motor. keep in mind the stock heads and compression ratio and I want more low to mid cam. The woods TW-6 is a good cam at that compression. Also the TW-26 or the TW-37 with the 26 being more bottom end oriented and the 37 more mid and top end oriented at that displacement and compression. But with good pipes, tune and comp releases it will run great. 10:1 cr is moderate...190 psi ccc.A 95 inch with a woods 6 with compression at 9.8-10.1 is a great running combo that will not require roller rockers , high dollar springs etc. Do not overlook other cams for great low end power. The 777 cam is not a low end torque cam and you need to run the bike over the 3000 rpm range to get the cam to perform. I would think by looking at the Woods dyno result for the 5-6 cam that for your stated purpose it would be best fulfilled by the 5-6 cam. 5-6 cam shows tremendous torque and it comes on soon for low end scoot ! The Wood cams make some very good power, but despite what Bob or anyone else says, they bring a little more noise to the valvetrain. I had Woods TW777, which worked well, but that being said, this configuration will be more stock as far as the engine is concerned. Meaning the pistons, heads, and whatnot will be stock. I ride over 20K a year.
