Arris SB8200 Receive & Send LEDs Flashing. I have an Arris SB8200 modem. Every so often both the middle LEDs start flashing simultaneously, in sync. During this time, connection usually drops entirely or there is severe packet loss. However, I noticed while running a ping test that responses seem to queue up and then flood in all at once.
