This has caused her to not be able to stand for very long and has made it so she feels dizzy and has almost fainted several times even just by getting up to go to the bathroom or cooking a meal.

Sometimes I ask my brother to babysit my kids and he does it without hesitation. So whenever were busy with work or out of town, SIL used to babysit the kids.
