For POC-ERP you fund your own tuition (via GI Bill). The application is nearly identical for all 3. ASCP and SOAR both are 2-4 year programs while POC-ERP is a 2 year. For ASCP you’re competing against the whole Air Force(not known how many slots are available at a time) while in SOAR it’s against the number of slots your MAJCOM has available.
