Pawn inclination questions.
Basically, searching for offline pawns comes down to their actual skill setups. For every skill setup you see, there are at least 3 other pawns that share that same exact skill setup and inclination. However, these 4 pawns look totally different from each other and have different equipment.
Utilitarian: The Pawn will prioritize on exploiting weaknesses on foes and adapting to a necessary strategy based on the foe faced, using their own skills more often, and taking advantage of what you and the other Pawns do in battle. This inclination is more complex than the others for several reasons, however: 1.) These units are (usually) on the edge of battle, and the farthest distance from each other. Not only will this give him a lot of running around, but warriors don't exactly have the same mobility from their skills (except perhaps Lunge) as, say, a strider. Casters and long distance units will just try to dodge your warrior, making him play chase.My fighter pawns inclinations are Challenger / mitigator. She taunts a lot to draw attention of crowds of bad guys, which is good. And she rushes down ranged attackers first, which is good. Arrows are a sorcerers worst nightmare lol. Scather - your pawn prefers being up close and personal. They will focus large monsters above anything else. Great for melee classes. They will tend to climb more often as well so if you don't like climbing...make this a secondary or hidden third inclination. Challenger - they will target all ranged people first.

Seconding the enchant thing. The game isn't overly picky on elemental advantages so pick 1 and let the pawn have other skills (comestion/anodyne/halidom are 3 common picks for a support mage, leaving 2 more slots). I'd prefer a Utilitarian primary with either of those two combat inclinations as secondary. If you drink a Mitigator potion and 2 Scather potions, you should get Scather/Mitigator.
