I've heard rumors that Female Majins have some innate defense boost, but it seems to be unfounded, and as such Health isn't as super useful on them as people thought. She / Her. At this point, I'd recommend the 3 stamina bar build.The most recent Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 dlc 16 cell max raid reward super soul gives you an incredible power and speed buff. Using the "damn... gonna have to... Max Stamina is still very good regardless of how you plan on building him, because Male Majin really wants to be kept out of his extra damage threshold. Even a simple super when you have 1 Stamina bar is going to eat like half a health bar, so tanking hits when you are approaching the threshold can be worth it.
A Male Majin with less Stamina took double damage not below 3, but below 2 Stamina (they had 6 max). - Ki Stuns are not as important to their playstyle, although Ki Cancels are nearly required. They have insane range mid-combo, which can clash with a lot of attacks. Most of their attacks leave them wide-open, however.

The best part is that you have no conditions however - no ki drain, no super soul drawback (like Fu's needing you to be over 75% HP). Just you, your basic strikes and punches, and strong ki blast damage. If you just stand back and blast, SV2 is better. But for a more active playstyle, the massive Ki generation+basic attacks of SSG are better. Max Stamina is still very good regardless of how you plan on building him, because Male Majin really wants to be kept out of his extra damage threshold.
