Litter robot says drawer is full.

Hi! I just got my litter robot. When a cycle runs, the entire drawer gets full. It isn't clumps or poops, but clean litter. Does anyone know why this is happening? Did I miss a step with or a piece? I used World's Best Litter which seems like a similar formula to the one LR sells on their site.This is driving me absolutely crazy. Half the time it shows around the correct amount, the other half of the time it says the drawer is full. I’ve tried recalibrating it, I’ve tried the paper towel at the bottom of the drawer trick, I put the bags in as properly as I possibly can.. The unit does know when the drawer it totally full but anything before that is a estimation. Overtime, once the app has compiled more data, the estimation will become more accurate.
