Right now I have the Kuva Chakurr for my on-call crew mate which has been really good for Acolytes and Kuva Thrall. On my other crew mates I have the Tenet Cycron and the Tenet Flux rifle, but they were not killing boarding parties as fast as I would have preferred. For anyone with an active Kuva Lich, finding a Thrall is easy. All you need to do is load into a mission at a node controlled by your Kuva Lich, and matching Thralls will appear during the mission.

Long answer: so long as you are on a specific node that your Kuva Lich is controlling, any thrall will count. If you are NOT on a Kuva Lich-Controlled node, then the thrall will simply give murmur and will not piss off your Lich.
