Checked main fuse, and the holder seemed like it wasn't holding the fuse properly, so I fixed that. Still no joy. Replaced main relay, still no joy. One ride told me I didn't want one due to the suspension. It rode like the old Honda 350 4x4 with the solid front axle.Remove the gas tank cover. It's probably the spring loaded gear selector fork under the shifter assy behind the rear head. it's VERY easy for one side of that spring mechanism to fall off when assembling. this way you don't get a full throw when putting it in gear with the hand shifter.

The fan switch is in the radiator, so it does not get hot enough to kick on when the thermostat is stuck shut.
