It went back to Kimber more than once, the first time they couldn't duplicate the problem. They replaced the mags on round two and the problem stayed the same. Exactly as you described 1st round 3rd round last it didn't matter at least 3 or 4 rounds in every mag failed to feed it didn't matter the ammo or the magazine.Loosen the set screw and see if you can tap the rear sight to the right. Note that Kimber rear sights have a reputation for being EXTREMELY TIGHT and may need a mechanical sight pusher to move the sight.
