I thought I had setup a block for purchases of movies & events. I just received a bill for a movie purchased, & I would like to make sure I blocked it correctly. On each receiver you go into Parental Controls and set spending limits to $0. That way they cannot order a PPV by the remote without the Parental Control PIN.
