The date codes on factory Holley carbs were 3-digits up to 1973, and 4 digits thereafter. The 3 digit format was year-month-week, and the 4 digits were julian date (day 001 to 365 of the year) and last digit of year (doesn't clarify which decade though). 1969 04A Van Nuys-built Z/28.

One is list 3310 with the original 1965 Chevy part # 3878261-EH though the date code says it's a 1969 replacement for the '65 SS 396/375hp. The other one is list 3310-1 with no other codes. Both are 4150's, 780 cfm, down leg boosters, vacuum secondary's and have been unmolested. They have identical tuning and match Holley's specs.

IIRC, Holley used 3-digit date codes up to 72-73 time frame, then went to 4-digit date codes (year+Julian date). That would make that a 1975 July carb or thereabouts.
