Hey there! I think 3 days 2 nights in Iguazú in enough to get to know the place but have more time in Buenos Aires (there's loooots to see there!).. I'd recommend taking a day trip to a nearby estancia (like Argentina Polo Day).

You can get a "tourist chip" with Movistar for less than US$3 that gives you 5GB data, plus voice, and lasts for 30 days. You can always buy more data if you need it.

I would check the Loi Suites, Club Francés, Melia Recoleta and Dazzler Recoleta (in that order). Taxis are really cheap, and it will not take long to get from the hotel to the cruise port. After clearing customs, I bought a SUBE card at the "25 Horas" kiosk and then went directly to Taxi Ezeiza where I charged the taxi to CC ($22 USD).
