The Ambiance is somewhere in the middle of the road between good and better. I always enjoy their Pho, and the service is fairly quick, but totally dependent on how built they are, and what you are oredering. If built, your Pho will still come fairly quick, but other menu items will take a bit longer, especially the Shabu shabu.The shabu itself was okay although I believe I would've enjoyed it more had I gotten the beef I wanted.
