Replaced Map Sensor and seals, still had fault code. Then the motor would not start, just a click and eventually would turn over but not fire. Then saw a fault code 0335. Second SeaDoo mehcanic looked at it and said the ECM is bad and to get a new one. Took it to a third Seadoo mechanic and they siad the Crankshaft sensor is bad.
I have now swapped the origin map with a new on that is EXACTLY the same. The p1106 code is gone yet the p0106 remains. Can someone tell me the wires that plug into the computer that relate to the map sensor. That are labeled on a Grid 1-4 and a-z. Im trying to conform the integrity of the wiring by check resistance. This is a 2011+ ski. Thanks.

Typically this is due to a restriction in the exhaust cooling. Try to back flush the engine for 5 minutes with the engine running. We had one of our Sparks give a long beep and the maintenance required message came up with the check engine symbol, then a few seconds later it went into limp home mode. Repair manual says 3 things can cause it, low oil, exhaust overheat and engine overheat. I checked the oil and it's fine.

My 2008 SeaDoo GTI has a fault code, PO344 now, Cam Sensor Signal Missing. I changed the cam sensor but the fault code stayed on. I took it to a dealer thinking that they could clear the code.
