Although, the wall I'm suggesting for the TV might get too much outdoor light depending on whether that window is facing east or west - so glare could be an issue at certain times. The chair rail (vestigial, but nice) would also be in the way of many mounting bracket designs. Overall, this room isn't a great layout for watching TV.

Unless you fireplace is really small you’ll either need a pull down mount or it will probably be too high.
